We had a great weekend stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was equipped with a convenient work desk, coffee/tea facilities, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The Croft Guest House was an excellent place to stay, it's an adult guest house which makes it great for people wanting to get away from children for the weekend, it's also very clean, the breakfast was very good and the service was excellent. It is deffinately somewhere we'll stay again.

Very nice hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, bed very comfortable. Good breakfast with good choice of cereal and nice cooked breakfast and great coffee. Good location close to town centre and theatre. Would use this hotel again.

The staff was very amiable and pleasant. They solved problems right away. - the location was excellent, close to the river and center of town. - Ate at Carluccio's, which is within walking distance from the guest house. - I greatly enjoyed every minute of being there and would recommend it.

Had a gorgeous and excellent breakfast, really enjoyed the meal. The rooms were large and well-designed with 4 poster bed kept by the very very helpful staff.

The room itself was luxury with good size bathroom, very comfy bed, as for instance provided. The staff were accommodating, as for 3-stars hotel. Not really worth mentioning, nonetheless problem was fixed quickly.

Had a really comfortable weekend stay here. the place is pretty big, the staff is nice, and the food is absolutely fantastic 😋. Great location too, just a kilometer away from the city center!

close to the town entre and the owner went out of his way to ensure your stay was a good one

only downside was we were in the front bedroom next to the busy main road but the hotel was quiet

Excellent position only being a few minutes walk from the centre. The host was very friendly and helpful, rooms very clean and breakfast very good. An all round good two nights break would definatly go back.

The double room had central heating, tea and coffee making equipment, and a television. the location of the guest house was fantastic, just a short distance from Montpellier Gallery. - It was convenient to walk to all the main shops from the guest house.

the bed was not comfortable, and the room was old fashioned. the bathroom could use a good cleaning or the shower replaced.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the Town, Riverside Bars/restaurants and of course the Royal Shakespeare theatre. There were long traffic queues all weekend, so it was great to park the car up and be exactly where we wanted to be without worrying about joining a queue and finding somewhere to park. Excellent walks along the River Avon are also on the doorstep. Our bathroom was very modern and luxurious and the bedroom was comfortable and spacious.

With the exception of our bathroom door, the main entrance and internal doors were extremely finger marked which is a bit off putting, our bedroom lampshades were extremely dusty and room looked a bit tired.

owner allowed us to park up, and even check in early. very nice breakfast. better bathroom than i expected
